Does anyone know of a reasonably accurate drawing for the Armour (ARLX) wood
side reefers that were in service from the 1920s-50s? I know of the 1950s
drawings of the truss-rod wood reefer in the August 1987 issue of Model
Railroader, but for some reason I think I've seen a drawing for the 11000
series of Armour wood reefers with the side metal tabs connecting to the
cross-members.

Rob, thanks again for posting the train lists!
I wonder how many of those ARLX and TRAX cars came from the Decker plant
here? (Mason City Ia)

Group, I just uploaded the latest batch of train consists from the New

Check out the consists from Train NY-4--especially if you like meat
reefers! One of the trains was 43 cars long and three-quarters of the cars
were RSM or RAM types.
