Tony,

That might be Columbus Ohio. NYC had trackage through and some facilities in Columbus via the Big Four route and the Ohio Central & Toledo.

On the Sunshine reweigh symbol decal sheet for "Northeastern"
railroads, the NYC reweigh symbols include COL. This symbol, however,
is not on the spreadsheet we've been using for reweighs. Can someone
tell me what COL indicates? I immediately thought "Colinwood" but the
spread sheet shows that symbol as EC.
