Mont,Don't you think that companies should include such information as
"matching paint" in their instructions? AP

DAVE: THE EASIEST METHOD I HAVE FOUND FOR REMOVING NUMBERS IS TO SIMPLY
SCRAPE LIGHTLY WITH A NO. 17 BLADE MODEL KNIFE OR SINGLE EDGE RAZOR BLADE.
GO EASY SO THAT YOU REMOVE ONLY THE PAINT FOR THE NUMBERS WHILE RETAINING
THE PAINT ON THE SIDE OF THE CAR. PLAN B IS TO TOUCH UP THE AREA WITH
SAME
COLOR PAINT PRIOR TO APPLICATION OF THE NEW NUMBERS. MONT

Hello,

Has anybody tried successfully to remove the Kadee and the Branchline
lettering from their cars yet in order to do renumbering? If so, what
method did you use? (I have a lot to renumber). Thanks!
