I sent a quick message to Paul Graf about this and this was his response:

"We are in the midst of changing track suppliers, and most of our
track is in short supply. The first container of track has just left
here but it is all code 100. It is going to be a couple of months
before we get through all of our inventory list, but the supply is
starting to flow again. If someone needs a few pieces of something
they should contact our sales department."
