TC&I built those cars at the newly built Fairfield plant. The plant was built in 1917. The car shop was actually moved brick by brick from Bessemer. The land that Pullman bought and placed their plant was owned by TC&I.
Chickasaw was the Ship Building site on the Warrior River. The site is now called Birmingport. I would imagine these cars were built there. The line between Fairfield and Birmingport was completed in 1920.
