Prototype Rails 2014, The Mystery of the missing form

Some of you have noticed that the Prototype Rails 2014 flyer refers to a registration form. And, some of you have noticed that there IS no registration form. The form was essentially destroyed during the reformatting process by Yahoogroups and various Email programs. Do not be concerned, the only form required is your check.
Early registration: $35. Please make your check payable to "Prototype Rails" and send to: Marty Megregian 480 Gails Way Merritt Island, FL 32953.
The Cutoff for early registration is January 1, 2014. Registration After that date is $45.
A special dinner on Saturday, Jan 11, for Prototype Rails attendees only will be available for $28/person.
