Ed has mention the article on ARLX cars in the 1-2000 series.
I’ve built several cars and a CGW ice reefer before his article was
published. I used ARLX decorated and undec IM reefer kits with doors, ends, and
roof from Stan Rydarowicz. The roof isn’t really correct, but better than the
one that comes with the kit. Jerry Glow offers decals for several different
Armour paint schemes.
