One of the E&P models was specifically based on UP 50001.

I'm reluctant to list all the railroads that had similar cars because I have no way of telling how similar any are to the specific model, but it looks like the railroads listed only scratch the surface.
 
NH 17080-17082 may be the first built in 6-42
UP 50001 may be the last built in 11-59 or maybe even NYC 498991-498996 built in 1-61
 
There are earlier cars with a 21' loading platform which seem to be shorter.
 
The ICG car(s) was probably nee IC.
