Be patient Jerry will send the decals.  I too have waited for long periods of time but the wait was worth it.  Jerry is having some illness problems with his brother that keeps him for home, for long periods of time.

I've done a bunch of research into these cars to maybe one day write an magazine article...some day.

The Pennsylvania Salt cars were black with white lettering. The cars were PSMX 1001-1033. Tanks were silver but in later years they started using more red tanks. Tanks were concave on one side and concave with a 'bubble' (to cover the valve) on the other. Decals are more of a challenge however. Jerry Glow is the only source for decals for this car, however I've been waiting 4 months for him to send me my order and keep hearing something about how he's having problems with paper or something (really 4 months?!!). Other than that, there's nothing that I have been able to find. I do have one digital photo of PSMX 1016 but it doesn't show much in the way of lettering. Let me know if you would like me to send you the file.
