As I'm transcribing the SR Winston-Salem train conductor's book from 1934, some reporting marks are giving me trouble. This one I have not been able to resolve after consulting with William Edson's "Railroad Names" and my digital version of the 1935 ORER I purchased from Mr. Westerfield.
?N?X might be INSX or TNSX? Tank car #844 carrying "Extract" to Potomac Yard.
