Now that I have parts in hand, it looks like the upper portion of the kit end could be cut free, turned around, and reattached to the lower portion with the weight retaining ledge, gussets, and poling pockets. Unfortunately the inside surface of the end is missing the bottom most rib, since it goes the floor, which is raised to conceal the weight. An extra set of ends would provide more ribs to splice in,and we sell the parts sprue, No. 147, 148, or 149 depending on color. See:
