It shouldn’t be a “install” problem…you just needed to download it to your own computer. Once downloaded, click on the file and it should open in Adobe Reader, a free program available from Adobe. If you want, call me and I can help you with it.

I'd really like to look at this but Adobe just will not cooperate. It keeps saying it won't install with IE and when I shut IE off then it still doesn't install the latest version.
