Last Sunday at the Wheaton GATS show, I picked up a cast metal ballast dump car from a miscellaneous box, cheap. It is short with arch bar trucks and a large cylinders hung on either side of the frame. The bed is flat and can pivot to dump to either side on six knuckles on the frame and bottom of the bed.
Can anyone enlighted me on the original manufacturer and/or prototype?
