A-Line did make decals for the NP Central Valley stock car designed by Rick Leach about 20 years ago. Still have a stash of them but believe they are no longer in production. The NPRHA set is the one to get as Rick also helped design them. Stay away from the Champ set as it has the wrong "font" which prompted Rick to do the set for A-Line.

I just checked the A-Line website and did not see any Freight Car Decals. Maybe they are hiding in plain sight somewhere but not obvious. Sound like an Urban Legend maybe.
