What is up with the extra hatches or manways, and the off-center domes, on these SRDX tanks cars? Can't say I've seen any others like these. And it doesn't look like they were converted from multi-dome tanks.

This one would've probably been right in Richard's wheelhouse, but that's just one more reason to miss him.
