Allen thanks for sharing those personal observations. Looking at maps again I notice Heber City to the south and recall it being a DRGW town, but more important Heber City is in a valley on the same side of the mountains as Park City. Whereas SLC and Ogden are both on the other side of the mountain and hence more difficult to access.

 

So it looks like reefer traffic would be nil.
