Richard advised (corrected) me on this point a few years ago,
regarding some B&O M-26 builder's photos I had where the cars were on
arch bar trucks. I cannot remember the exact reason (I'm sure
Richard will reply with it), but these cars were only riding on these
trucks during the construction process. They would have been
delivered with the appropriate trucks (Andrews for these, if I
remember correctly).
