Answering my own question with help, LOL
A couple of people contacted me offline and the answer is "Yes" but no real joy for me as the gons were ex-DT&I that did not go to the GM&O until 1968, well after my date. Darn! Good news for people like Tim O'Conner however in that there are decals available from Dan Kohlberg: ICG-77 Gulf Mobile & Ohio 42' Gondola 1968+
