Just to add to that Brian, this style of door was available in resin from
Joe Pennington in the 1990's. I think he liked SLSF so I'm guessing that SLSF
had these doors too. C&EI definitely also used them.

Another version of the 5-6-5 Youngstown door had the early style of Camel Roller Lift fixtures.  For this door, the hand lever in the lower left corner angled and had a curved guide behind it.  At this time, no one offers an HO door, but one could be made by cutting up and reassembling Bowser doors from their PRR box and auto cars.  Railroads with these doors included:

ATSF
ITC
some CP
Southern
some SP
some UP
