I reviewed the image at full magnification and feel this is a CCC&StL flat car. Note there is a NYC Lines oval beside a far stake pocket. Here are a few NYC Lines flat cars with similarities to the Tichy HO scale fishbelly center sill flat car model.
Lot 208-F NYC&HR 32500-33499 - 41-foot flat, 14 stake pockets; built 1907 by AC&F Lot 208-F CI&S 74557-74856 - 41-foot flat, 14 stake pockets; built 1907 by AC&F Lot 208-F CCC&StL 50000-50249 - 41-foot flat, 14 stake pockets; built 1907 by AC&F Lot 208-F MCRR 33000-33499 – 40-foot, 10-inch flat, 14 stake pockets; built 1907 by AC&F http://www.canadasouthern.com/caso/images/lot-208.jpg
That's 2050 cars built in Lot 208-F. Builder images of a car from each of these lines can be found in the Westerfield AC&F Collection. Many of these cars were moved into other NYC Lines over the years and renumbered. For additional detail, consult the data listed under Lot 208-F at the Canada Southern NYC freight car roster data page. http://www.canadasouthern.com/caso/NYC-MODELS-FREIGHT2.htm
