I reviewed the image at full magnification and feel this is a CCC&StL flat car. Note there is a NYC Lines oval beside a far stake pocket. Here are a few NYC Lines flat cars with similarities to the Tichy HO scale fishbelly center sill flat car model.

That's 2050 cars built in Lot 208-F. Builder images of a car from each of these lines can be found in the Westerfield AC&F Collection.
