I want 3 ft. not 250 ft. I know McMaster Carr very well. I bought a lifetime supply of .010" soft black iron wire from them. not the cheapest but they will deliver next day.
I bought some flat copper strips approximately 2 scale HO inches wide (.025")
on ebay from someone in Poland but it looks too fragile for stirrup steps.
