When built, did these cars get painted in box car red or Sloan Yellow? Or perhaps the painting of this order was split between both colors?

As specified in the ACF bill of materials for lot 3281, M-K-T 97001-97300:

Sherwin-Williams (150)/Pittsgurgh (150) Katy Standard Red - sides, ends, roof, running boards; black car cement - u/f; black - trucks; white - stencils
