I have a Canada Dry bottling plant on my 1952 era layout,
and have a delivery service of a tank car load of CO-2 gas which I presume is
for the fizz in the soda. Does anybody know if in that era the bottling
plant would have just run a hose out to the tank car or would the plant unload
the tank car into on-site storage tanks? If the latter would the tanks
have been situated vertically or
horizontally?
