I use Trucolor primarily on brass that has been first abrasive blasted with and no primer. As long as I use Trucolor thinner (actually Star brand- it's cheaper) there has been excellent adherence. I initially tried other thinners and had problems. PBL ( Jimmie Booth) uses this paint on their products.
