I called John Burrows at Reboxx (978-568-9941) - there is a message on the answering service that essentially says that 1. they are still in business, but 2. they are in a ’transition stage’ - whatever that means, but are taking orders and to leave a message. (I think I heard the same message about 6 months ago)
