Here's a better photo of this car, stenciled as a "M&W Tunnel & Scaling Car".  Clearly NOT a "boxcar-hopper".

A closer look at the car in question reveals that this is not a 65000-series AAR automobile car, but an earlier 68000-series automobile car.  The giveaways are the radial roof and double rows of rivets at the panels.http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/el/frt/erie68000adb.jpg
