I have purchased Vallejo paints at my LHS, at Hobby Lobby, and from Amazon.  The Model Air formulation is not nearly as common as the Model Color, but I don't mind thinning the latter to suit.

Across the line, there are quite few colors that could be useful as a "freight car red".
