Fell victim to an assumption that I give others a hard time about making - that all 7-side post hoppers are USRA twins. This car is from Lot 665-H, P&LE 38500-39499, 1000 cars rebuilt in 1937-1938 from 30 ft IL side dump hoppers in Lots 340-H and 349-H.
