A "recommend" from me for the Toronto RPM.  It's relatively small but has been growing.  Several historical societies are attending this year.

This is the geographically closest one to me (international border notwithstanding).  I have been watching to ensure it's still on given the current COVID-19 situation but so far that appears to be the case.
