I have a Proto (Walthers) insulated Type 21 tank car decorated as
CDLX 817.
It is stenciled for wine service add was issued by X2011
West NMRA Convention.
My question is about a small DECAL that is included. It contains
two small pieces
of lettering that appear to be a diagram of some kind, or maybe
just graffiti.
I'm guessing someone had a photo of the prototype car with the
lettering. Or maybe
not.
Anyone know what this lettering is for, and or where it goes on
the car?
