Bill is correct, just ask you dentist.  I asked my dentist and he gave me a hand full of various picks he no longer used.  I was afraid to ask how he managed to break the ends off of a couple of them.

You can grind the broken tips into specific shapes that meet your needs.

While waiting for a crown which my dentist makes "while you wait" I got to see the machine that does this.  Looks like "rapid prototyping" to me.  I had a lot to think about during the remainder of my visit.

Another source of Dental tools is your Dentist, just ask to see their broken tools the next time you are there. Great price.
