Thanks Bill. Unfortunately I don’t need the flloquill color. I’ve never had good luck with It and I’ve kind of settled on Vallejo as my standard paint. The resin kit I am working with recommends floquill iron oxide. MRH suggests Vallejo 71.712 Scarlett red as a match. The online representations of scarlet red seem very very red. That’s why I asked the original question.

And yes, they are unopened bottles and they sell at the last retail price that Floquil sold at.

I opened a bottle I bought recently from them a few days ago and the paint was fine.

Scarlet red looks very very red. Has anyone actually used this color and can offer an opinion before I buy a bottle.
