The Casper refinery was owned by Standard Oil of Indiana, so the presence of UTLX tank cars is easily understood.

UTLX 72152 8000 gallon GAT Type 19 – Tangent HO model
UTLX 13215 6500 gallon Class X
UTLX 2171 6500 gallon Class X-3 single dome car that has been converted to a three compartment car
UTLX ?? 10000 gallon ACF built Type 21 four course tank – P2K model

In this first photo, does the three-compartment tank car on the right look as if it was rebuilt from a single-compartment car?
