Note that the car appears to be all-steel.  Likely not a circus car.  It looks like there are two sets of doors above the mid-height of the car between the 2^nd and 3^rd and 6^th and 7^th vertical structural members (framed by two horizontal members each) which might indicate top-loading for a commodity such as coke???
