This looks to be a CN 1923 standard boxcar (CN 500500-503499, built from 1923 to 1927). A number of these cars found their way to the Quebec, North Shore & Labrador around 1960. I have no information about Wabush, which may have acquired their own, or one of the QNS&L cars.
