Bruce Smith  Charlotte (pronounce Shar-LOT, not SHAR-let) was served by the New York Central. While not a direct connection to the shops in East Rochester, given that the steel mill has been shut down for some 20 years by the time of the photo, it would make sense that the NYC was using it for storage.  Regards, Bruce Smith Auburn, AL
