The short answer is probably yes.  We used this photo in the UTLX book.  FTX was a short lived mark as the company using it was formed to dispose of “war surplus” from WWI.  So, a more interesting question could be where did those cars go, as UTLX did not get them when they absorbed the Lincoln Refining Fleet.

Could this FTX tank car by modeled in HO scale by using a Tangent GATX 1917 tank on a Tichy underframe?
