I am actually working on a 3D printed model of that car (90350 to 91849).  It's 95% there.  I just have to work out reliable fitting of the body and floor.  This is printed as two parts, ladders, grabs, and all.  The only separate pieces are the couplers, trucks, stirrups (because stirrups are so exposed) and brake shaft and wheel (again because the brake weel and rod will be fairly exposed.  Here is a picture of one I painted up.
