I think that’s an inverse Hutchins end. It’s just difficult to see the indentations. It’s most visible at the end tack board as you can see the tack board spans a gap.

 This is a followup to my earlier question on this car.  I'm thinking of building it in S scale.  The end doesn't match anything I'm aware of, chiefly the riveted metal appears thinner than on other ends.
