These are the M-103A2 version with the big Diesel engine package, giving them a big “bustle”. The original M-103 with the gasoline engine had a much lower and flatter engine deck. Sad to see these in such condition, headed for the scrapyard or for target practice. They were an impressive machine. Fortunately a few survive.
