We’ve discussed aspects of the Barrett fleet extensively here over the years. A search of the archives for “Barrett” will get you there and adding “Tarvia” may help narrow it down.
As for this car, it is in service as a covered hopper carrying roof granules. It appears to have been one of a number of cars converted from a General America radial course tank car. You might even be able to use the Tangent model as starter.
