Thank you for the nice comments on Southern gondola 55587.  As promised yesterday, today’s completed project is Rock Island 161071, a 40’ automobile boxcar built from a Sunshine Models kit.  This car will deliver new Chevrolets to Klein Chevrolet in St. Cloud, Minnesota via the team track.  I model September 1956, so the delivered cars will be my all time favorite car, the 1957 Chevrolet.

Hopefully the next car will be finished tomorrow, another southern road.
