And I’ve emailed Rapido and gotten answered within 10 minutes, none of which helps Dave get his GLas. 

I have my GLa’s but I ordered thru my dealer not Rapido.

And my frustration is not with the delay in receiving the order, it's with the communication.  You don't need an IT specialist for that (although there was one in the office last Tuesday -- I heard his voice).
