Re: HO scale shingles

Cambell's shingles are classics in the model railroading community but they seem best for simulating wood shake style shingles but if he's trying to represent asphalt shingles then probably any of the suggestions that Larry mentioned below would be better suited for he'd need.

They come in all shapes and sizes in HO.  Here's some of the companies who make shingles.  PS Campbell's still does and you can order them on line.  OK here goes: BTS, BEST, Builders in Scale, Bar Mills, Rail Scale, Fox Scale, KC's Workshop, Carolina Craftsman, Northeastern.  Take you pick.

Northeastern(I think) makes a sheet of paper shingles assembled so all you need to do is cut to size.  I have used on a couple of buildings

Campbell's at one time made shingles that can in a long roll. As I recall they had glue on the back that you simply moistened.

I am building several company houses in HO scale and I would like to model them with shingles for their roofs.

Is there a manufacturer that makes nice scale shingles in HO scale ?
