This was the 1950's building boom and the wallboard business was booming too! Everybody
was building wallboard flats. :-)

Many of the conversions lasted only for a few years, and it wasn't unusual to experiment with different
bulkheads (the SP applied 3 designs in just a few years to their F-70-6/7's)
