Burlington Bulletin #25 which describes their cars and operations (excellent)
MP Eagle - the latest which describes stock cars on the MP
UP Streamliner 1:1 which tells of later UP stock and express service from
Las Vegas to LA

You might also check the Car Builders Cyclopedia...I know that the 1940 CBC
has a bunch of stock car pics and drawings...even a few of those
all-important PRR cars <G>.
