If you can find an alphabet set that is similar font, try overlaying the "3" with an "8". It should completely cover the original digit.

Andy,.........that's a very -if not- the best idea. Do you perhaps know where to find decals to do this? And what about #9131? This number isn't correct at all...... Keep this number that way?
