As the convention is getting close, as is the publication of the book, I
have not seen any order forms from the Society yet. Any idea when they will
be mailing those?

Nope. I finished the book. Now it's out of my hands. But I assume that,
since copies will be available at the convention, they will be offered on
the website as soon as the convention is over, if not before.
