I doubt resin casting techniques (as we know it) could produce enough
volume of production to justify pad printing.

Pre-painted, pad printed castings: Yep, certainly possible but may
require more discipline on the part of the casters. pad printer? I
don't know the answer, but suspect it's more than a few. and
determination.
