p 4: Palmerston, Ont., October 1957
The subject of this photo is CN 4-6-0 No. 1576, but there's a nice
close-up of the left side of CV 40156 showing how sheathing looked
on an SS boxcar.

p 16: 3/4 B end shot of C&G 3450, a 1957 built PS-1.

p 18: Two coal drags on the Virginian. Note that "battleship gons"
and hoppers are intermixed in the background.
